FNR AI (the "Service") is provided by Enortic, Inc. ("Enortic", "we"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. By using FNR AI, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect
While you use the Service we may collect data in the following categories:
- Account info: name, email, organization name, billing details.
- Usage data: session length, page views, error reports, device and OS info.
- Project content: projects, tasks, notes you create — stored locally on your device by default.
- Integration data: only data from third-party tools you choose to connect (e.g. Jira, GitHub).
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service.
- To manage your account, billing and support.
- To run anonymized usage analytics that improve the product.
- To meet legal obligations and prevent security incidents.
We do not sell your project content for advertising and do not share it with third parties.
3. Local storage & data location
FNR AI runs as a desktop app and your project data is stored locally on your device by default. Unless you explicitly enable cloud sync, this data is not sent to our servers. Account metadata (email, session, billing) is hosted on secure servers in the EU or US regions.
4. Third-party integrations
When you choose to connect tools like GitHub, Jira, Slack, Notion or Google Workspace to FNR AI, data is exchanged with those services. Each integration only activates after you authorize it and can be removed from settings at any time. Those services' own privacy policies apply.
5. AI models & content processing
AI features run on the large language model provider you select (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic). Only the messages you send to the AI assistant are forwarded to that provider. Enortic does not share your content with AI providers for model training; our agreements with providers prohibit using your content for training.

7. Data retention
- Account data: while your account is active + 30 days after cancellation.
- Billing records: 10 years, per legal obligations.
- Anonymous analytics: 24 months.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have rights to: access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing, portability and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to hi@enortic.com; we respond within 30 days.
9. Children's privacy
FNR AI is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we'll notify you via email or in-app message. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
