These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the FNR AI service ("Service") provided by Enortic, Inc. ("Enortic", "we"). By downloading and using FNR AI you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
FNR AI is a desktop app that brings your projects, tasks, messages and AI assistant together in one workspace. The Service is provided by Enortic and grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity carried out through it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Produce or distribute content that violates law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to harm the integrity of the Service (reverse-engineering, unauthorized access, malicious code).
- Conduct denial-of-service or excessive-load attacks.
- Harass, defraud or harm other users.
4. Subscription & payment
Three plans are offered: Free, Pro and Team. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are not provided except where required by law. We notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance by email.
5. Intellectual property
The FNR AI app, brand, logo, source code and all related materials are owned by Enortic. You are granted a limited license to use them only under these Terms.
6. Customer content
Project data, tasks, documents and other content you add to the Service ("Customer Content") belong to you. To run the Service you grant Enortic a worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, process and display this content.
7. AI output
FNR AI surfaces output produced by large language models. This output may not always be accurate, current or compliant with law. You are responsible for verifying output before acting on it. Actions suggested by the AI are not executed unless you explicitly approve them.
8. Third-party services
FNR AI may integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, Jira and Slack. Their own terms apply and Enortic is not responsible for their availability or quality.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enortic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You can cancel the Service from settings at any time. Enortic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA). The courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Consumer rights in Turkey are reserved.
13. Changes & contact
